Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
  • The product must be in resellable condition



Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

 

Return Process

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your return and any applicable refund.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
