Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
- The product must be in resellable condition
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
Return Process

- If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your return and any applicable refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
